THIS DINNER IS FULL --

Join Executive Chef, Rick Eplawy, for a unique demonstration and taste of romantic meals from around the world for the month of February. Rick will teach you how to create the perfect meal for your Valentine…using recipes from America , France , Italy , and Spain . Join us every Tuesday night to learn cooking techniques, eat a delicious meal, and then take home copies of the recipes.

February 9th dinner menu includes: Roasted Beef Tenderloin served with Asparagus bundles and Maytag blue cheese mash potatoes with truffle oil.

As of 6:00pm on January 27th (today) there were only 15 seat available... It is first come.. You must go to their website to register for the class and pay $5.00. Yep! Only $5 bucks for the above menu.. Please only register if you are serious in attending, or please have the courtesy to cancel if you register and find you cannot attend .. thank you!

Afterwards, anyone interested-- we can head some place for a glass of wine and/or dessert. Enza's is next door..
